Services
All services are bespoke and tailored to each client. The scope of work is defined in your signed contract and supporting documentation.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once a signed contract has been returned. Payment is due only after the agreed services have been fully delivered. By signing the contract, you confirm that you waive your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the services are bespoke and completed in full before payment.
Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your event and respond promptly to communications to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Cancellations and Changes
Once the service has been delivered and payment made, no refunds will be issued. Any changes requested during planning may incur additional costs.
Limitation of Liability
We take every care to deliver exceptional services. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
