Refund Policy
Payment and Service Delivery
At Opal and Ivory Events, all services are bespoke and tailored exclusively to each client. Payment is taken only after services have been fully delivered. By signing the contract and making payment, you confirm that the agreed service has been provided in full and to your satisfaction.
Waiver of Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by signing the contract you waive your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, as the service is personalised and fully completed before payment is due.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the unlikely event that Opal and Ivory Events fails to provide the agreed service.
